Electrical products must be installed, operated and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The Company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unsuitable voltage, unauthorised repairs or failure to follow safety instructions.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and product availability without prior notice. Price changes will not affect Orders already accepted, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Payment must be completed using an available payment method. An Order is not considered confirmed until the payment has been successfully verified.
We may use authorised third-party payment providers to process transactions. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an Order does not automatically mean that it has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept, reject or cancel an Order due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect pricing or product information.

- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.
- Delivery restrictions.
- Errors in the Customer’s contact or delivery details.

An Order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation or begin processing it.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may request to cancel an Order within 12 hours of purchase, provided the Order has not been processed, packed or shipped.
Once an Order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Any return, refund or exchange request made after delivery will be governed by our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
If the Company cancels a paid Order, any eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
Delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Estimated delivery periods are provided as a guide and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon successful delivery, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their parcels immediately after delivery. Any damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect product should be reported according to our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
Customers should retain the original packaging, shipping label, accessories and supporting evidence until the issue has been resolved.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
All returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our separate Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
Products are generally not returnable or refundable due to a change of mind. Eligible requests must be submitted within 30 days from the delivery date, together with the required proof and supporting evidence.
Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions, vouchers and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, validity periods and product restrictions.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly permitted. We reserve the right to cancel promotions or reject the misuse of discount codes.
